Biography
Ceci Walker is the owner of Praxis Fitness in Eureka, California.
She and the fantastic team that works with her are constantly
looking for ways to improve the success of members through
fitness and mindset coaching.
Ceci holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and multiple personal training
certifications. Her experience in clinical nutrition, adaptive physical education,
swim coaching and the gym atmosphere has helped shape her programming approach.
