Biography

Brian Snyder lives in Pittsburgh, PA, and has been buying and selling houses since 2004. In that time he has done a wide range of deals including wholesale, rehabs, short sales, owner financing, and subject-to. He has sold properties in various ways as well including wholesaling to a cash buyer, sell to a retail owner-occupant through realtors and by owner, owner financing, and the rent-to-own program.

Brian contributes his success to the help of others. In 2006 Brian joined a mentoring program in Pittsburgh. Learning from other experienced investors dramatically improved his learning curve.
