Biography
Brad Leppla, Chief Operating Officer and one of four Executive
Directors for Business Network International (BNI) of Colorado &
Southeast Wyoming, originally hails from the San Francisco Bay
Area in California.
Brad graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelors degree in
Forestry. He joined the U.S. Navy shortly thereafter to fly jets. He trained in the A-6E
Intruder carrier-based bomber and flew 44 combat missions over Iraq during Operation
Desert Storm in 1991.
Retired from the Navy in 1998, Brad started his own Information Technology company,
and joined BNI as a member in 2001 to grow his business. An avid history buff, Brad
has participated for almost 20 years as a Civil War re-enactor, regaling many a campfire
with his banjo playing. He resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado with his wife of
24 years and their three children.
