Aly Benitez

Biography

Aly Benitez is a business and real estate attorney in Orlando, Florida. Aly provides legal and real estate services to individuals, businesses owners, athletes, musicians and investors from around the country. Aly is also a licensed Realtor and serial entrepreneur. In addition to her law practice, Aly is currently developing a patented device called “Rodent Blocker” and has founded several successful companies including Sidebar Consulting, P.L., Allied Pest Solutions, Inc. and Grace Alexander Foundation, Inc.

Aly is consistently named one of Florida’s top professionals and received the Orlando Business Journal’s prestigious 40 Under 40 award, a recognition that spotlights the region’s top 40 business and civic leaders under the age of 40. In 2010, Aly received the Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition, Presented by Congressman Alan Grayson.

With a personal interest in philanthropy, Aly actively supports numerous charities. In 2007, Aly founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Grace Alexander Foundation, Inc., which raises money for cancer patients who cannot afford health care costs.

Aly is a member of the Florida Bar and obtained her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration within three years from Stetson University. Prior to this, Aly was a scholarship athlete at the University of Virginia, where she majored in American Politics and played Women’s Soccer. Aly also played semi-professional soccer for the Tampa Bay Extreme.
