Jim Dutton’s abundant experience as a Real Estate broker at JD Realty in Los Angeles, CA enables him to expertly guide his clients through a plethora of real estate scenarios. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Expert Advisors. His designations include CHSA-Certified Home Selling Advisor and CDPE – Certified Distressed Property Expert.
In his 22 years in the industry, Jim lived the dramatic changes in Real Estate as Realtor, property manager and investor.
