Biography

William Kustka, CPA, CCPS, MBA often starts a meeting with a prospective
new business client with a brief outline of his background
as a problem solver and asks, “When was the last time your previous
tax advisor gave you an idea that saved you money?” This is
usually followed by the client explaining their business issues and
what they are hoping to achieve. Bill’s goal is to show clients strategies that legally save
taxes based on IRS rules, something most business owners have never been shown.
He is the founder of Bill Busters LLC, a firm devoted to showing business owners how
to increase their revenue and reduce expenses, including the cost of their payroll,
bookkeeping, and credit card processing.

Doctor” title. This training aids him in showing parents how they can qualify for more
college financial aid.

networking group), He is also the former President of the Monmouth-Ocean County
Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.
Prior to being a self-employed CPA, Bill performed financial audits with Coopers &

After a brief stint with the Treasury Department, Bill joined the US Navy. He served
as Supply Department Head aboard ship, Bill was responsible for the procurement
of everything from toilet paper to ice cream to electronic repair parts that had to be
aboard before leaving homeport.

owners’ problems, reduce expenses and improve their bottom line results.
