Biography
Tony Horner has been a full time real estate investor since 1998 – actively investing in 30-45 properties a year. He is the past Vice President of Tidewater Real Estate Investment Group, and has been featured in the National magazine Black Enterprise for his investment strategies. He is a sought after national speaker
and teaches seminars on his “no money down” purchasing techniques. He has been a landlord since 1998 of single-family homes, commercial properties and owner of large apartment complexes. He won the outstanding investor award in 2003.
When Tony is not fulfilling his time with the Real Estate Investing, Tony spends his time with his wife and two daughters. He also occasionally works on improving his golf handicap, working out and catching a movie.
