Nathan became interested in creative real estate investment while completing a Masters Degree program at Tulane University. With mentorship and guidance from the nation’s leading real estate entrepreneurs such as Ron LeGrand and Preston Ely he has concentrated on becoming an expert in creating win-win solutions to the most challenging real estate situations. He works with an impressive team of real estate professionals to continually develop his business and help distressed homeowners in his community and around the country.
