Biography

Matthew Elmer is a best-selling author, real estate investing specialist and serial entrepreneur that is regularly sought to consult and speak because of his systematic process for creating entrepreneurs success. Matthew Elmer has been seen on NBC, CBS, ABC, and FOX.

Matthew has one simple focus, “How do I create more results for those I train?” He calls his four-pillar approach “Result-Based Education”. His system is revolutionizing how adults are educated on how to create monetary results in their lives.

Matthew has proven his Dallas based company’s model is working by providing a systematic formula that has supported his students in completing over 220 real estate deals in just 2 years. More importantly, these results were spread over 71% of his students and include all of his students that have been in the program for 60 days or more.

His passion for identifying a “better way” has been consistent in his real estate flipping business, Skyward Properties, LLC, and with his brokerage, Simplified Realty. He’s personally negotiated over two million dollars of debt down to create the necessary equity for profitable real estate transactions in his own business.

Matthew’s journey, however, was not an easy one. At the age of 22 he found a beautiful bride. Having been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s disease, he watched as his dear wife passed to another life in that same year.

The journey from this experience led to him dropping out of college and later taking a job working in a sewer. It was those dark days that led to the drive he has today to assist others in overcoming their own challenges.

Matthew is now remarried and has 3 kids. He loves coaching his kids in football and basketball and will tell you he feels as Job is described: having lost so much, yet been given so much more.
