John Bejarano
Biography
At the eager age of 6, John Bejarano’s entrepreneurial spirit began to take shape when he founded his first business of selling cakes and coffee to his local community. Fast forward twenty plus years, and John has built a solid reputation as a hands-on, strategic thinker known for delivering dynamic and impactful results in interactive marketing, sales and event management.
As the Chief Strategist for First Class Alliance (FCA), an ROI-centric marketing consultancy that develops brand strategy, John is responsible for leading the firm’s creative vision, partnerships and overseeing the development of its innovative marketing programs. Key campaigns have included Office Depot, where John developed the Business Solutions Division (BSD) Email Marketing program for North America.
Prior to FCA, John was the Senior Account Executive covering Florida and Latin America for ValueClick Media—a leading digital advertising network. At ValueClick, he oversaw successful, multi-million dollar marketing programs for well-established brands across multiple online marketing platforms, including Westgate Resorts, QuickBooks, Sol Melia, Orkin, Kaplan, AOL Latino, and CitiFinancial. Other previous key positions included Senior Account Director for SendTec/RelationServe—a multi-channel direct marketing agency and Strategic Alliance Director at Slip-N-Slide Records—a leading independent record label, where John was responsible for all brand partnerships between the label’s artists.
John has also served as a Strategic Advisor for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including GE Money, Bombay Sapphire and Coca-Cola. In his campaigns, he has also had the privilege of working with leading ad agencies such as Crispin Porter & Bogusky, World Media and Sapient.
John currently sits on the Board of Directors for the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association where he frequently produces marketing workshops and educational events. In John’s spare time, he enjoys traveling, learning photography, writing music and helping others in their quests for greater professional success.
