Dr. Maria Church is the voice of authentic leadership power.
As a certified professional leadership coach, professor, and author, Dr. Maria has helped leaders around the world strengthen their leadership power strategically and successfully with followers and teams that are motivated, productive, and
loyal – while helping organizations create cultures that are innovative, profitable, and maximizing their full potential. Her company, Dr. Maria Church International, coaches, mentors, and trains individual leaders and leadership teams worldwide.
As the author of Love-Based Leadership: Transform Your Life with Meaning and Abundance and her upcoming book A Course in Leadership: 21 Spiritual Lessons on Leadership, Love, and Life, Maria approaches leadership holistically, integrating mind, body, and spirit. She has started a movement to revolutionize the workplace with love in powerful and miraculous ways.

An ardent fan of classic rock and classic Motown, she is a formidable opponent in any rock trivia competition. Maria lives in the canyons of southern Arizona and continues delivering keynote speeches, training, teaching, coaching leaders, and working on her next book.
