Carmen Stine is the owner of No Excuses Customer Service LLC in Smyrna DE, a company she formed as a result of her own frustration and dissatisfaction with many service providers.
Carmen works with small & medium-sized business owners to increase their business by developing exceptional customer service program¬s that increase customer loyalty.
Carmen has worked with car dealerships, restaurants, graphic designers, salons/spas, medical practices, dentists, event planners, personal injury attorneys, & home care agencies in the NYC, NJ, MD, PA areas. She is a highly sought-after think-out-of-the-box trainer & speaker. She is also the owner of CS Legal Nurse Consultants & Sola Mia Jewelry.
Carmen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing & Master’s degree in Management.
